These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the editorial and institutional portal maintained by JJ & RR Assessoria Técnica Comercial LTDA (hereafter "the portal"). By accessing the portal, the visitor declares awareness of and agreement with these Terms.

1. About the firm

The portal is published under the exclusive responsibility of JJ & RR Assessoria Técnica Comercial LTDA, a Brazilian management consultancy registered in São Paulo since November 1999, focused on advisory services and educational content for small textile enterprises.

2. Purpose of the portal

The portal is an editorial and institutional channel of the firm. It concentrates institutional information about our practice, general orientation content aimed at small textile business owners and channels of direct contact with the firm. The portal is not a store, a marketplace, an affiliate network or an intermediation platform.

3. Editorial content

All content published on the portal is produced internally by our team, under our own editorial responsibility. The content has a general orientation purpose and does not replace the analysis of specific cases, which requires a formally contracted advisory engagement.

4. Prohibited use

The visitor undertakes not to use the portal for any illicit, fraudulent or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: automated collection of content without authorization; attempts to circumvent security measures; unauthorized reproduction of editorial material; and use of communication channels for spam or offensive content.

5. Intellectual property

The editorial content, the visual identity, the graphic elements and the overall structure of the portal are the intellectual property of the firm. Reproduction, adaptation or redistribution of any element of the portal requires prior written authorization.

6. External links

Eventually the portal may include links to third-party pages for the sole purpose of complementary reference. The firm has no control over these external pages and is not responsible for their content, practices or availability.

7. Availability

The firm makes reasonable efforts to keep the portal available, stable and updated, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical adjustments or reasons outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of liability

Within the limits allowed by the applicable legislation, the firm is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the mere access to the portal or from decisions made by the visitor based on the general orientation content published here. This limitation does not apply to services formally contracted with the firm, which are governed by their own specific engagement terms.

9. Privacy

The treatment of personal data collected through the portal is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the portal will be resolved before the courts of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version and its last update date are always available on this page. Continued use of the portal after any update implies acceptance of the new terms.
